During this period they have given the Company excellent support and advice on a variety of issues and at critical times have responded in a very professional and dedicated manner and have developed a close working relationship with the system administrators and end users at the company. They have provided a number of technically credible and cost effective solutions over this period and I would not hesitate in recommending their services.
Working IT Solutions have supplied us with a number of services including managed firewall, installations and support contracts since the company started. We have found their proactive Managed Services such as Managed Server especially useful and can highlight specific instances where this has saved us systems downtime. They have helped Carlisle Design Group as a company grow with their continued support and flexible approach to our IT systems. We find that the friendly attitude and ability of the engineers are never questioned along with the backup of the office based staff.
