You know that any jewellery made at Lords will be of the highest quality and I would highly recommend them. Thank you Russell & Sarah for all your help.

Russell and Bobby were great at helping me create the perfect engagement ring for my fiancé, and at such short notice too! I opted for a purple sapphire instead of a conventional diamond and they did such a great job to make my request a reality. Russell put together a plan to add diamonds around the band and the end result was beautiful, she was very pleased. Really friendly family, so attentive and easy to sort things out. Highly recommend this place for any jewellery needs!

They could not have been more helpful, from sending me photos and a video of the watch to ensuring that it was delivered on the day that I required. Throughout the process I felt like I was recieving really great customer service. I would not hesitate to recommend Bonds to any potential customer.

A lovely team who are very friendly. I had an unfortunate experience with another jewellers down the high road. I had asked for a ring measuring service (willing to pay of course) only to be accused of having a cheek asking it. Odd and i did get very annoyed. So I went to heart of Gold and was helped immediately by three very kind ladies and purchased a ring measurement band. I'll be taking my wedding ring which needs resizing down to them in the near future. I'd really recommend them and have found my local jewellers.

Excellent Jewellers - Very Helpful Friendly Staff. Also thoroughly recommended for after sales service such as servicing and battery replacement.
