Superb, both in terms of the quality of the products that they offer and the service that they provide. I've been boxing for 25 years and have been going to Sugar Rays for years. I've bought everything from them, including boots, gloves, boxing bags and chains. This time around, I purchased a pair of 12 oz Winning gloves in black. Okay, Winning gloves sell themselves, but amazing that Sugar Rays had them in stock, given that Winning are so hard to source now in Europe. This was my fifth pair. Used them yesterday and they were, well, just the usual fantastic Winning gloves, as you would expect. However, by far and away the most incredible thing that Sugar Rays have done for me was in 2018. They managed to deliver 4 beautiful brown leather bags to me, including a Pro Box colossus and a Lonsdale of similar weight (60+ kgs). These were safely delivered to my wife's family home in Palermo, Sicily, Italy... I mention this because I also had a Leone bag (60+ kgs) delivered to me in Palermo by an Italian company based in Milan (or Rome, I can't recall) which arrived damaged... So talk about incredible service from Sugar Rays. Needless to say, the bags are still going strong. Beautiful bits of kit.

Fantastic company, very responsive to queries and goes the extra mile, can't praise them enough. Only placed an order today Wednesday and it will be delivered on Friday. A special thanks to Brett for sorting out an alternative of an item no longer available, very helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Will definately shop with them again.

Just placed an order for an adidas headguard glove and wrap set, had a query for delivery times as I needed it for a second date. Really helpful said they would return my call and did within 15 minutes. Highly recommend with great customer service. Definitely will be using Sugar Rays again in the future.

My daughter wanted to start playing tennis. We had a racket already and weren't sure whether to buy her a new one just yet. We decided to re string the old racket and Im so glad we did. Super quick and excellent job- and friendly service too. Great to support a small business that works so hard to please customers.
