I have just collected my engagement ring and wedding ring from Rebecca after having them cleaned up and dipped. I was extremely nervous to take my rings off, never mind hand them over to someone else! Rebecca was so lovely and I had them back within just a few days. I'm honestly blown away with how clean and shiny my rings are. Both rings were so scratched up and looked like yellow gold rather than white gold. They now look like brand new again, the photo really doesn't do it justice, the shine and sparkle is unreal. Thank you so much..

Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish! Excellent service, really professional and extremely helpful giving great advice for a bespoke ring. A real personal touch, and no rush. My ring is absolutely perfect and exactly how I wanted it. It turned out my wedding band looked quite dull being 17 years old, so even though it wasn't planned, Ronak found time the day I picked my ring up to make it look as good as new again! Cannot get better than that!!!! I definitely recommend Pride Diamonds to anyone wanting above and beyond.

I had pleasant experience with this business. I have to say the service was very fast and he still had finished the work before our set deadline. Not many business are worth writing a review for, but this one really caught my attention. Polite. Affordable. Amazing quality! Helpful. Experienced.

We went to Pride Diamonds to have a custom made emerald stone ring with diamonds mounted on white gold. The entire process was very smooth with Ronak taking care to ensure that our design requirements were met. From start to finish we were kept informed of the order status. It was ready on time and simply beautiful. A great job and I would not hesitate to recommend Pride Diamonds.

Ordered a nice Grand Seiko GMT watch. Very good service. The watch had a big discount from the RRP. Very pleased with everything. Wouldn't hesitate to use again.

Fantastic service.. brought a gold bracelet for my daughters 1st birthday .. unfortunately she lost it .. couldnt find insurance papers .. wasnt a problem the male member of staff ( carnt remember his name ) think he was a manager , couldnt have been more helpful!.. will definitely shop here again . Worth paying that bit extra for the customer service
