Frankie kindly replaced the stones in a ring for me, which was passed down from a family member. When I saw the ring after he done the work for me, I was so happy, it was stunning, I couldn’t believe how wonderful it looked. I am so happy with it and have had so many compliments. I would highly recommend Frankie to design and create beautiful pieces of jewellery. I will definitely be visiting again in the future.

Thanks to Frankie, I gave my girlfriend the best ring anyone could ask for. I had a very specific design in mind: an Emerald trinity ring. Frankie not only met the brief he went above and beyond for me. He added depth and intricacy to the design. We’re on a worldwide trip and people in every country are stopping us to notice the ring and congratulate us. My fiancé and I are so pleased with the ring. Thank you Frankie!

I meet Frankie and he created a master piece of jewellery for me we worked on different designs his patients and ideas absolutely fantastic after several weeks my ring was ready it's amazing big thank you to everyone who helped I would highly recommend him pop in and chat with him !!!!

I went into Desire today looking for a watch. The guys in there were very friendly and professional. They helped me to choose the right watch and I couldn't resist buying a necklace for my wife - they have some really beautiful, contemporary pieces. I can highly recommend this shop. I'll definitely be back.

Had my engagement ring resized here and got it back within a week. Really friendly customer service. I’ve recommended you a few times to friends and they’ve said the same. I’d 100 be back again.

Really friendly and professional. Repaired my broken Tiffany bracelet to a very high standard,quickly and at reasonable cost. I would definitely recommend and will use again.

Excellent service. Quick and prompt and very friendly team. They are my go to when I need to fix my watches/ jewellery and hope to purchase from them when I next need. I had to remove links on a oyster bracelet and tighten a jubilee clasp.

Absolutely fabulous place! Popped in to get a link taken out of my watch, offered a coffee while I waited, very nice friendly staff. Link taken out in less than 10 mins....then no charge! Absolutely amazed how friendly and accomadating they were. Highly recommend them 5*s. Thank you!!
