A brilliant experience when christmas shopping at the store on 16th December. The staff were amazing, so helpful and efficient. They couldn't do more for me. I was assisted throughout my time in the store with garment choosing and size. A particular pullover I liked was out of stock in my size, but a staff member went online for me, found the size I was looking for and assisted in the online purchase. I received the garment at home the following morning by a Hermes courier, what excellent service! The store has a wide selection of good quality clothing, reasonably priced too, so I will have no hesitation in returning for further purchases in the future. Highly recommended.

Manager is amazing always helpful and understanding, very professional and her team of lady’s are good as well! Thanks for your services today.

I found Ross the manager and his staff extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. Great customer service from Ross and his advice about the products i was looking at really helped me to make my decision. I will definitely be shopping there again. I even brought a Hospiscare bag which he told me was his chosen charity to raise money for. Amazing.

I always find the staff friendly and helpful. They let me know that they could price match for items in stock to the (lower) online price. Good service.

I regularly frequent this establishment and I highly enjoy every visits.
