Was recommended McMaster's and I was thrilled with their service. I had a bespoke request and they kindly talked me through my options, taking time and really listening to what I wanted. I walked out with something different than I expected, but perfect nonetheless and all thanks to their expertise. Would thoroughly recommend.

First class service from McMasters again. We discussed designs for our wedding rings using jewelry of huge sentimental value. Karen spent a great deal of time with us going over different options, styles and prices that fitted our budget and used the elements of jewelry we already had. We were able to view the rings and try them before they were finished and collected them a short time later. Cannot recommend them highly enough for customer service and value for money. We will definitely be back!

Had a gemstone which was for an engagement ring. Karen was very helpful and patient. Had several options available to choose from. The ring was ready very quickly and my partner and I are very happy. Will be definitely do business with Mcmasters Jewellers again

Great service. Rather than buy online I asked if a particular watch could be brought to the shop for my son to look at. Watch was promptly brought up from London. My son was given a great experience at the Falkirk branch, nothing too much trouble. Very pleased with his purchase and whole customer experience. Happy to support our local shops and staff.

Fantastic service from the staff at the Falkirk branch. I was even offered financial options for my watch purchase, but decided to pay on the day with a 10% discount. The ladies at the store were attentive, knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend a visit here. 5 Stars. Thank you so much!!
