Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish. I first approach Willow and Wisteria for my wedding flowers, I had ideas for my centrepieces that kept changing closer to the day but that didn’t stop Liana she worked effortlessly and helped bring my ideas to life. Liana created a sample of my wedding bouquet a year before my wedding so I could envision what it would look like as I had a very autumnal vision for my wedding! Not only does Willow and Wisteria create amazing flower displays but Liana makes it very personal to her she came and saw me on my wedding morning and made sure I was happy and loved everything. We were running slightly behind with makeup but Liana stayed and waited for me to arrive at the venue! Those little touches just make it such a special service! Thank you so much for bringing our dream wedding to life!

Willow and wisteria are just amazing, they created my beautiful wedding flowers and I just loved them. The full experience was amazing from the first consultation to the last, Liana even got my mum in to talk about what kind of flowers she wanted for her wristlet to match her outfit perfectly.

We used Willow and Wisteria for our wedding. Liana arranged our order and delivered everything as we asked to the venue on the morning of our day. Great service, very friendly staff and definitely worth a visit to the shop to meet the puppy. Will use the company again and the flowers were great.

I live just outside of Manchester and needed to send flowers to a very dear friend who lives in Falkirk who had just lost her sister , I rang the shop at 9.15am this morning and they were extremely helpful and polite, the flowers were delivered by 11am , having not being able to see the flowers myself I was sent pictures of the beautiful arrangement of tastefully chosen blooms that was made for me , Superb quality highly recommend

Thanks to Sarah and the team at Ann Baff Flowers for providing an excellent and professional service, they were friendly and attentive, nothing was to much trouble for them. The flowers were delivered by Billy who was so nice and brightened up my day. The flowers were excellent and you could see the attention to details. I would highly recommend this florist and will be using them again soon.

I've ordered a dozen red roses for home delivery for a birthday. I'm not even in Falkirk. Called to place the order and the whole experience was absolutely perfect. The had to be delivered in certain time the next morning. Needless to say that everything was done as requested. Now the flowers.... Just one word: Stunning
