well-located shop, in the historic old buildings of the city. Amazing, helpful and friendly staff. Good and unique product, and if you give them subjects what you looking, they will accept challenge to find and make your wish come true.

Brilliant customer service, sorted me with the watch I wanted and fitted it to my size too. Also made sure I was kitted out with insurance for a year. Gentleman who served me (didn’t catch his name) was ever so friendly, polite and helpful.

We had a wonderful experience when choosing our wedding bands. Ellie was so helpful and patient with us, as we weren't sure what we wanted. Ellie let us try on several rings and gave great advice. Would definitely recommend the Ipswich store, thank you.
