I've used this jewellers a couple of times now for watch batteries/repair and always found them to be very good and great value for money. I went in this morning for help to replace my watch strap and the lovely Jenny did it - free of charge! She called it her 'good deed for the day' I call it great customer service. I would highly recommend them and their service.

Brilliant service. My engagement ring was repaired and re-sized and looks amazing again. Great customer service, communication and can’t thank enough for the service.

Golden Craft Jewellers are fantastic, from our handmade engagement ring to our bespoke wedding rings we've been delighted with the friendly customer service, Jewellery quality and overall cost. Due to my fiancé being indecisive, we requested 3 changes to the style of her wedding ring, each time the alterations were carried out expertly and without issue. We're now thrilled with our rings and we'll definitely use Golden Craft Jewellers again whenever we need a jeweller.
