Fantastic experience! My fiancé purchased my engagement ring from Jonathan here two years ago, and it is absolutely gorgeous, how could I say no?! There was a query with the sizing due to no fault of theirs, I simply lost weight, they were so helpful and understanding when we wanted to resize, fitting a temporary bar to start to ensure it was a resize I needed I and I wouldn’t lose the ring, unfortunately we did need a resize, they then dealt with the manufacturer’s to ensure it was properly handled and resized, the ring came back fitting perfectly and absolutely GLEAMING! The whole process was so smooth and easy and I can’t be more thankful for the care and consideration all the staff have for their customers! I will continue to recommend this jewellers to everyone looking for top quality customer service and incredible quality products.

The nicest company ever to deal with. Professional, knowledge and kind. Special thanks to Mark Jonathan and Alice for being so lovely and very patient! I had a lone stone sitting in a draw for at least 30 years and thanks to Jonathan's design skills and an expert goldsmith, they created the most beautiful ring. My only regret is that I have no excuse to go in and see them again! A BIG THANK YOU.

I've got to give it 5 stars, after visiting the kiosk shop at Lincoln which disappointed my wife she was very happy to visit this nice shop. After purchasing her items all the lovely ladies in the shop wished her a happy birthday.

Staff are always amazing and very helpful. The shop always immaculate. I don't think many people could argue this which is why it is such a popular place to buy that something special.

Very helpful as I needed a charm for my granddaughters birthday and was advised what they had there.
