Thank you so much for fixing my gold bracelet that had snapped. I’ve had this for 25 years and I never take it off. When I collected it it was like new. Also the service was amazing.

Fantastic experience. Needed an engagement ring resized and it was done a few hours later. The shop was closed but we were still able to go pick it up. The jeweler took so much care to keep the original band, seems to really care about the customer and quality service. Highly recommended.

What a wonderful , professional service ! Highly recommended.

Took in my palladium wedding ring a few months ago to get resized. More than happy with the work carried out. The ring now fits perfectly with no visible signs that work has been carried out. Very professional and affordable service. Highly recommended.

I went to Keelo the Jewellers to get a bracelet adjusted - the staff are very friendly and it was adjusted for me within minutes - very good experience here and I can highly recommend Keelo the Jewellers.

Staff are really friendly, prices are good, bought from the shop and had things fixed (really fast too) won't go anywhere else now, highly recommend.

MCKELLARS JEWELLERS REVIEWS

I went today with a broken watch strap - retaining pins missing. The staff replaced the pins so I had a functional watch, and didn't charge a penny. Note: the shop has a pleasing range of small gifts as well as jewellery. I'll be back! It's so nice to get a service free these days.

Took my granddaughter to get her ears pierced today, the female assistant could not have been more helpful or reassuring. Five star treatment all round and granddaughter singing her praises to all her friends. Well done

I have always received the best & friendliest service in McKellars. Today i bought a baby bank. The staff allowed the time to open the bank so that i could put some money in it, before carefully wrapping the gift with a pink bow! All that time and care for such a small sale is truely appreciated!
