From start to finish Steven Stone were fantastic, from my first enquiry to picking up my engagement ring Jason was brilliant. He listened to everything I wanted when designing my engagement ring & kept me informed at every step of the process. The finished ring is even better than I could have imagined. Absolutely amazing service & I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

We have been to Steven Stone for both our engagement rings and wedding rings. On each visit, it has been a wonderful experience. The specialists are so knowledgeable, there is no sales pressure at all and they make it such a joyous, special occasion. The quality of the products are amazing, we have had so many compliments on our rings that are completely our own designs. They are really well made and durable. Emma and a gentleman I don’t remember his name are nice people and very professional, unfortunately I couldn’t go forward and special thanks to Michelle who did the refund right away. I recommend this outlet and will come back in future to buy a nice watch. They are linked to watch companies and legit.

We went into the Trafford store the other day and we were served by a lovely guy named Jake . He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He took his time and gave us his full attention in helping to choose a wedding band . Couldn’t have been a better experience . We would highly recommend seeking Jake when visiting this store .
