A delightfully friendly team at PANDORA Wrexham, if I could give higher than 5 stars I would. They are a credit to the brand and I would absolutely shop there again.

A lovely bright store and very friendly Ellie helped me with my purchase for myself, as I collected my click and collect order for my sister's birthday.

The young ladies serving are not pushy in any way but very helpful and attentive to your requirements very good service.

A wonderful experience - staff are very knowledgeable about their products. We were served by a lovely lady - very chatty and extremely helpful - let my wife try on a variety of necklaces on which to house her pendant. A jewellery shop that we keep returning to due to their faultless customer service

Service received by Teresa was excellent. Taking time with my boys and an eye glass to see the item of jewellery up close. Everything explained well with the purchase and refund if required (a present). Would recommend..

Great experience at Wrexham store. Teresa was really helpful when choosing a gift. Sorted a battery for my watch in double quick time too. Would recommend a visit to this store.

Probably the best Jeweler's in North Wales, customer service is excellent very helpful and knowledgeable. always shop here for bespoke requirements especially repairs. Don't waste your time searching Amazon and eBay for gift ideas. I needed 5 leaving gifts for fellow colleagues at short notice. The tankards and goblet are much better quality than you will find online. All engraved and ready within a couple of days. Bespoke engraving of the highest quality if you provide hi-res images. Colleagues loved their leaving gifts... Thank you again all at PWHale :).

Love this shop, stay away from the big chain dealers and support small businesses like this one. The staff go out of their way to help with whatever it is you need and add a real personal touch to the service. One of those shops that I look forward to going to whenever the need arises.

It is a great place with really friendly and experienced staff I had my watch fixed here. Had the screen and hands fixed I'm really happy with the service I would highly recommend this place.
