Grand Designs have been excellent. From being greeted with smiles and offers of tea on day one to the final sign off. Special shout out to the quality of craftsmanship by Tom, Johnnie and Aaron all who were professional and friendly when on the project. Millie, was always on the end of the phone and very interpersonal when in the shop going through all the finer details. Everyone who we have spoken to with regards to our kitchen have been excellent. The quality of kitchen is superb and already had lots of comments from family and friends on how excellent the work and kitchen is. We would 100% recommend Dan and Grand designs to anyone looking for work to be carried out.

Absolutely amazing service once again from Dan and the Team at Grand Designs Kitchen & Bedrooms. From the initial enquiry, through the design process, to the fitting the Team have gone above and beyond to ensure our vision was produced to the highest quality using skilled workmanship. We were absolutely delighted with the service we received from Howden's in Grimsby. The design that John created has opened our kitchen space, maximised storage and looks amazing. The price was really competitive and the quality is strong and sturdy. John helped us choose complimentary colours and was consistently understanding and helpful. We used a kitchen recommended by Howdens, which turned out to be a very good choice. The whole experience ran smoothly, we would definitely recommend Howdens in Grimsby.

I went to find some flooring and Lucy who was at the front desk helped me find what flooring I needed. She explained the difference between the floorings and she put me in the right direction of choosing the flooring I needed. Also the staff in the warehouse helped, with loading my car with flooring. 5 Star service

Thanks to Lucy, Angela and their Manager from the Grimsby Shop, who were very helpful and professional, our three Oak fully finished internal Doors look great. Certainly recommend Howdens for the quality and for recommending Chris Padgett to fit our Doors, he made a wonderful job and is a clean and tidy worker.

Sam arranged a quick and great value deal for a state of the art ex-demo built-in coffee machine. Exactly as described, perfect condition and very responsive communication. Fantastic showroom and very knowledgeable and genuine owner. Would highly recommend this business.

Sam provided us with an amazing kitchen as part of our home renovation. From design to installation to after service, everything was excellent and he helped us get our dream kitchen which we love. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.
