Had a door that wouldn’t lock called him and he was with us same day! for security reasons, assessed the upvc door and what was required (new hinges) and was even able to source them in the correct colour, door is now working fine. I asked him to take a look at another door that I was having problems with, he replaced lock and even tidied up a sticking point and sanded down the door jamb. Also asked him to replace handle and letter box on front door he was even able to keep original lock as it was fine.

Following our son being locked in his flat with us being unable to open the door from either side, we called ASAP locksmith and Craig was there within 20 minutes, this was 6pm on a Fri night. Less than an hour later he'd managed to get the door open without any damage to the door or frame, cleaned up and adjusted the locks and had it all back in place working again. Craig is very professional, friendly and did this for a very reasonable price, can't recommend him highly enough.

Called out on a Thursday afternoon after an attempted break in the night before which broke both front and rear door handles. Craig was superb, arrived within the hour, and fitted new front, rear and patio locks, handles the whole lot! He explained the security features and asked what I wanted. I now feel a bit safer in my home and for that I am grateful. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

He also explained the differences between higher-security and lower-security locks, which helped me feel well-informed when making my decision. The service was very quick and efficient. I phoned Graeme at 9pm on Sunday 25th as both my key and spare key would not turn in the lock. Graeme arrived 20 minutes later and confirmed the lock was indeed broken.
