Garry the locksmith that came to fix my front door was a breath of fresh air ! He came to do his job honestly and to the best of his abilities and certainly went the extra mile ! Fantastic service, originally went Timpsons and after 4 attempts they still couldn’t cut the correct key. Came here and nailed it first time and at less than half the price of Timpsons. Highly recommend.

Having a few issues in our new home, we found Derek through Google reviews and can confirm, all positive reviews are completely accurate. From getting in touch and booking an initial appointment to getting our issues sorted the very next day, we could not be happier. You'll definitely receive a 5* service, from a knowledgeable, experienced locksmith. And, he's genuinely a really nice guy!

Called Derek as we had a problem with the lock on our back door. He arrived within half an hour and sorted the issue immediately. Really knowledgeable and explained everything through as he went along. Lovely bloke and amazing service. Highly recommended.

Derek came within 30inutes quoted, showed me the problem fitted multi lever lock and new bolt after buying new one and fixed it properly. The last call out l had did not fix door properly, he also fixed my back door. I can recommend especially after last call out

The lock on our UPVC back door was faulty so I called Alan and he diagnosed the problem over the phone. He turned up the next day exactly when he said he would and fitted a new lock at a very reasonable price. His after sales has been excellent too. I would highly recommend Alan to my friends and family.

Alan came round to fit new locks for us and was great. Very friendly and did the job quickly, without any fuss. Even put a temporary lock on as the ones we wanted were not available and then came back the next day to fit them. Would recommend him to anyone.

Alan is an excellent locksmith with a wonderful manner too. Great communication, good availability and very reasonable price for an excellent standard of work. I highly recommend him and will do so for any of my friends. Thanks Alan.
