Jon exceeded expectations! He reponded to our enquiry straightaway late at night when our lock broke. He was friendly, punctual & patiently explained the various replacement locks we could choose & then fitted a higher specification lock quickly, quietly & hoovered afterwards! He discussed the price before going ahead with the job, which was very reasonable plus cut extra keys on site so we didn't need to go to Timpsons!
