I can not remember the last time I have been this impressed by a facility. A fully fledged MMA gym with gym and cardio facilities. Separate space for males and females provides maximum focus and comfortability. They have changing rooms, showers, clean toilet facilities, water fountain, you name what you need in a training facility and they probably have it already. They have lessons for adult and children for all levels from experienced to the newbies. I came for my first ever martial art session and particularly joined the wrestling class. The instructor and the students where very welcoming of me and my group of inexperienced newcomers. The price may be a bit steep for some people. However, I would argue that considering the quality of the facility, the range of facilities available, the quality instructors and staff, that what one would pay is worth every single penny. Very good price if you consider value for money. Highly recommended anyone to sign up for the one day trail as I did. You will not regret it.

The perfect gym! As someone who has been to a few of the women’s only gyms in the local area over the last few years struggling to find the place that felt right for me- to find a women’s only gym that is truly segregated at all times PLUS a good range of equipment is truly a dream come true Alhamdulillah. The range of equipment is amazing, I truly feel comfortable in the gym and not to mention the super friendly staff who make the gym feel like a second home. Would highly recommend and have been recommending to everyone I know.

Best gym I have ever been to. The team is so welcoming and knowledgeable. The gym is very spacious and very very clean! Everyone is respectful and helpful. Great community. Call up and book a trial, you wont regret it.

I’ve been training at Unity with Icon Jiu Jitsu for a few years now, and is has been an incredible life changing experience for me. The instructors are world-class - their knowledge and ability to break down techniques are exceptional. The workouts are intense - you will be pushed to your limits and help you improve physically and mentally. The skill level of my teammates is unmatched. Training with such talented teammates provides invaluable learning opportunities and the supportive community is inspiring. I highly recommend this gym for anyone, whatever level you may be, as the coaches are exceptional and the community is welcoming.

I joined Icon about 3 years ago. The gym is spoilt for choice with experience and styles. We have a number of black belts both locally in Slough, and also from other Icon gyms who attend classes during the week. We also have a good mix of ages from 18 to 50’s who are all respectful but love a tough roll.

Fantastic old school style dojo. Great facilities and instructors. A wide range of martial arts classes including wrestling and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Icon Jiu Jitsu Team has many experienced black belts teaching week in week out and the main Professor is Ze Marcello 6th degree Black belt.
