“Balance Mixed Martial Arts started with small group sessions, one-on-ones in MMA, and strength and conditioning at Jon's garage gym. Jon is the coach of Balance Mixed Martial Arts. Starting his martial arts journey at 14 with Karate, Jon went on to train in Jiu-Jitsu, wrestling, boxing, Thai boxing, and strength and conditioning, a commitment he has maintained for over 30 years. His competitive career includes Jiu-Jitsu, wrestling, and MMA, highlighted by winning the British Championships in 2015. Currently, the gym boasts five coaches alongside Jon and has produced students who compete in MMA, K-1, and Thai boxing. In only three years, it has expanded to nearly 100 students across all age groups and continues to thrive.”
