I recently visited Sarah for the Boost me therapy. I had been feeling quite stressed and lethargic so was looking for a treatment that could help calm my mind and rejuvenate my body. Sarah is so knowledgeable and has such a calming presence. She talked me through all aspects of the treatment beforehand and made me feel so comfortable. The combination of techniques was really powerful and helped to release so much tension and stress. Immediately after, I felt a profound sense of calm as if a weight had been lifted from my mind and since then I have continued to feel an overall sense of well-being and even feel physically lighter. I highly recommend the Boost me therapy to anyone seeking to improve their mental and physical well-being. It is incredibly beneficial and well worth a try. Thank you Sarah

Had a tummy tuck and lipo earlier this month and was struggling with swelling and feeling generally uncomfortable. Reached out to Sarah for a lymphatic massage and she was able to fit me in last minute! the relief from 1 massage alone was absolutely amazing! My mobility is better & I am sleeping better which has lifted my mood and overall wellbeing! I would absolutely 100% recommend and I have booked in for more sessions!

Went for a full body pregnancy massage today with Sarah and can honestly say it’s one of the best massages I’ve ever had. The service that Jo provides at Natural Touch Therapy is professional, warm, and very friendly. The ambiance of the room is wonderful, so calm and relaxing. Natural Touch Therapy is in a great location, parking is easily available. Jo provides an exceptional service; is flexible, accommodating and Jo immediately puts you at ease. I have had a range of treatments and all have exceeded my expectations, so much so I have bought friends gift treatments and they really enjoyed them.

I loved my massage at Natural Touch Therapy. Jo made me feel so relaxed and comfortable in her beautiful suite. She respected my privacy with the movement of the towel and was respectful throughout. Jo really knows her stuff and was able to talk me through the benefits of the massage as we went along. I’ll hope to see you when Lockdown is over once again! I can confirm I did in fact sleep really well as suspected! thanks a lot.
