A very welcoming environment. Procedures are explained well. 1 small issue with first brace attachment, but this was quickly rectified. My child is neuro-diverse but has no worries about attending appointments. Would highly recommend.

Not been for 4 years needed a repair. Always found the reception team to be polite efficient and friendly. Yes they are busy but I had to wait 3/4 seconds on hold. Chloe is so helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend the whole team.

Update Jan 2024 another visit for a repair 2 years since the last visit. Continuity. Excellent service. However!! 200+ patients missed their appointment the previous week because it's free to them..which is why people moan! Can't get an appointment. I can't recommend highly enough and it was a very inexpensive fix. Brilliant Team.

Recently completed My Clear Correct Journey with My Dentist Blackburn. The whole process has been amazing from start to finish. I initially booked a consultation following an offer they had advertised, everything was thoroughly explained at each and every step. I am so pleased with the results in just 10 months and can't thank them enough as they have given me my confidence back. Highly Recommended.

So I'm here to have my treatment and I have always been private but now on the NHS so was unsure of what they can do. Well I didn't need to worry because they have an amazing nurse named Hazel and she answered everything and explained it so well. What a credit to the buissness she is.

I am recently registered with my dentist and have had some extensive work today. Ehsan and his dental assistant was absolutely amazing I was so nervous but I really were surprised at how patient and lovely they both were with me. I would highly recommend this dentist.
