I’ve now had 6 sessions on the lymphatic roller over the past two weeks. This is an incredible treatment. I noticed positive changes from the start and I am finally recovering from low energy and constant tension in my muscles. I find that I am sleeping a bit more but wake up quite refreshed and the tension has eased so much. I still have aches and pains but the fluid retention is less and my skin looks better. And I feel good. I’m drinking more water regularly and I don’t feel so bloated anymore. My back and neck pain have eased a lot as has the tension in my jaw. This is something I plan on doing on a regular basis, it doesn’t take up much time, is very affordable and has fantastic benefits. I’ve tried different massage and detox treatments on Wahanda since this summer. I have a great deal of muscle tension and the 1 hour on the roll shaper has been by far the best!! Using the roll shaper caused some itching but I felt lighter almost immediately particularly in my ankles and feet where I tend to retain fluid. The rest of the session was fairly comfortable and I felt warmer and energized though I dozed off a few hours later. Had the most amazing restful sleep! Felt a bit sore today but still light and much more relaxed than before. Cannot wait to have another go tomorrow, it’s brilliant! Iwona is very attentive, guided me through each step and helped me find a comfortable position for each stage. She also provided lemon water and regularly topped up my glass. The studio is quiet, clean and has nice music playing in the background.

I really enjoyed my session, there are 18 different positions to do, some a bit awkward but afterwards you feel like you’ve done a proper workout in the gym with no real effort! You are guided at each stage and there is plenty of lemon water to keep you hydrated and help flush out the toxins. I am thinking of booking a block of sessions and looking forward to the results!
