ADVANCED ACUPUNCTURE REVIEWS
Michelle is an extremely gifted, and experienced acupuncturist. It was my first time having this kind of treatment and Michelle made me feel at ease. She was capable of finding the underlying root cause of my pain from the initial session, and I found within 3-4 sessions the kind of healing I’d been waiting for for 10-15 years. I had already tried medical solutions, physio, massage, and osteopathy and none had been a successful. Not only did she help with dealing with physical trauma but also psychological relationship to the pain as well as giving advice on how I could continue my healing independently. in addition to helping with physical pains in my neck and back she also healed symptoms I didn’t expect to be treated within the session. Bloating, hormonal pains, and leg circulation issues I was facing. The only regret I have is that I waited this long to have treatment and would recommend her highly to anyone seeking help with pain treatment.
In my treatments with Michelle, I have found that she has a deep understanding of Advanced Acupuncture, which helped me address my challenges, and feel well and vital. She has a great way of being present and the treatments feel very relaxing and transformative. I highly recommend Michelle as an excellent Advanced Acupuncture partitioner, who is able to address complex and simple conditions.
Michell is really really super. She has been solving my issues one by one and I feel my life is changing. Her personality is so kind, gentle, and honest. She knows what she is doing!

HOLISTIC THERAPY EALING REVIEWS
Kate is absolutely phenomenal. I have been suffering with long COVID symptoms for over a year now and, in the last 9 months, Kate has been able to genuinely help me recover my strength. Her holistic approach, combining all aspects of Chinese medicine with broad nutritional understanding and the bach flower assessment, has been completely key to helping me through the myriad that is the aftermath of having COVID. In particular, Kate goes out of her way to make sure that her treatments are complementary to western medicine, and this rounded support is incredibly powerful. Perhaps most importantly, Kate is unendingly kind and understanding - she really invests in each session and is there with you every step of the way in your recovery. I have already recommended Kate to friends, who have had a similarly positive and professional experience. I am incredibly grateful to Kate for all of her help, and feel very fortunate to have her continuing support during this challenging time. Guy
I honestly cannot recommend Kate enough! She's incredibly thorough with your health history and current health in order to know the best suited therapies to help you. After my first session I couldn't wait to go back! Kate has helped me with tension in my back and after her sessions my back and neck feel a lot more flexible! I am super happy with the results! EALING FIELDS ACUPUNCTURE REVIEWS
I started seeing Lydia to help me with my anxiety before I was pregnant, and enjoyed seeing her so much I continued to come for acupuncture throughout my pregnancy. I found the acupuncture helped me cope with stress, and improved my sleep, and I always looked forward to the sessions. Lydia was also a joy to visit and I really loved coming to see her. She is a very warm and calming person, and was just what I needed at a time in my life that I found quite overwhelming. This was particularly true when she really looked after me through the period of time that I went ‘overdue’ - my baby hung on right up until 42 weeks and then I was induced. Having acupuncture really helped with what looking back, was the most difficult part of my whole pregnancy (I was tired, hormonal and terrified of being induced). Lydia found time to see me several times each week, was so supportive, and made the wait much more bearable. I now really miss Lydia and the sessions, and am looking forward to coming for some postnatal acupuncture when my daughter, who is now a very healthy and happy 10 week old, lets me have an afternoon off!
I had been suffering with migraine headaches for 17 years. When I came to Lydia six months ago, it was actually for help with healing a stomach ulcer contracted through prolonged use of painkillers. At that point I was experiencing migraine on a weekly basis, and had given up on finding a solution. Following a successful outcome for the ulcer, it was in a last, demoralised bid for help that I asked Lydia to attempt acupuncture for the headaches themselves. Following a course of six treatments, I am stunned to report that my migraines have disappeared. I would never have dared to believe this was possible. Where physio, osteopathy and prescribed medication had failed to help me, acupuncture succeeded.
Lydia was recommended to me to support with fertility issues and she was absolutely fantastic throughout my IVF cycle. From the outset she took the time to understand my situation in depth so she could work out the appropriate course of action. All of my sessions were really enjoyable and I looked forward to my visits. Lydia has a very caring and calm manner which made me feel at ease and I left each season feeling so relaxed - exactly what I needed. She was really flexible with timings to fit with my IVF cycle, making sure we had enough sessions in the run up as well as in and around the embryo transfer date. She has amazing knowledge of all things Chinese medicine; she supported me with my diet and gave me suggestions of which foods to eat or avoid which really helped, and suggested other things which can help with fertility. Closer to my embryo transfer date she gave me some moxa to use at home to help. I started having acupuncture with Lydia after I’d had 2 unsuccessful IVF cycles. I strongly believe seeing Lydia helped make sure I was in the best place I could be both physically and mentally and my third cycle was a success!
