“Holistic Therapy Ealing was established by Kate Kotlarska. Kate is fully qualified and insured to carry out holistic treatments for children and adults, and attends a regular supervision session. Kate offers acupuncture treatments to children and adults for a wide range of disorders at her clinic. She treats babies, children, and teenagers using many different modalities of acupuncture, like acupressure, laser, moxa, cupping, and needling. Kate has also completed a Cognitive Hypnotherapy course and is a Master NLP practitioner and treats from her clinic in Ealing, West London. She has learned valuable tools to help her patients identify their limiting beliefs and change the way they react to triggers, which complements very well the TCM treatments she offers. I am new to Acupuncture I have terrible migraines and my best freind suggested I try acupuncture to help with them I have had one migraine more than 30 years that won’t go away. It will ease off a bit but never go completely away. I’ve been on tons of medications and have been monitored by neurologists. I’ve gone to Michelle about ten times now and I’m already beginning to feel much better! I feel the best I have this time! Her office is nice and relaxing and she listens to your problems. She is very professional. I feel with a few more visits, I can definitely be back to my normal once-a-month migraine self! Great place! Amazing knowledge, she takes the time to talk you through, making it a friendly, calming atmosphere. Definitely recommend to anyone.

In my treatments with Michelle, I have found that she has a deep understanding of Advanced Acupuncture, which helped me address my challenges, and feel well and vital. She has a great way of being present and the treatments feel very relaxing and transformative. I highly recommend Michelle as an excellent Advanced Acupuncture partitioner, who is able to address complex and simple conditions.

Kate is absolutely phenomenal. I have been suffering with long COVID symptoms for over a year now and, in the last 9 months, Kate has been able to genuinely help me recover my strength. Her holistic approach, combining all aspects of Chinese medicine with broad nutritional understanding and the bach flower assessment, has been completely key to helping me through the myriad that is the aftermath of having COVID. In particular, Kate goes out of her way to make sure that her treatments are complementary to western medicine, and this rounded support is incredibly powerful. Perhaps most importantly, Kate is unendingly kind and understanding - she really invests in each session and is there with you every step of the way in your recovery.
