I’ve had 3 sessions for sciatica now and these guys can do what medication can’t! Due to my job I can’t take the painkillers the drs offered so had to find alternative treatment. These guys are very knowledgeable and not only treat the root cause but also give you the tools to maintain recovery (even if it means you don’t need to come back for more treatment!) very honest and good value for money. My treatment was painful but it was worth it my pain has reduced to almost nothing so I intend to keep going along side the stretching techniques taught to me. I finished one stretching session with a relaxing neck head and shoulder massage and it was bliss I could have floated out of there! Once my back is fixed I might treat myself to a relaxing massage! I can highly recommend if you have sciatic pain- modern medicine isn’t always the answer!!! Thanks to all the staff!

I had the most amazing sports massage here after trying for years to find someone who could help fix my legs and back. I’ve always struggled to find someone who applies enough pressure and who uses the right techniques to really make a difference. But I can honestly say this was the best sports massage I have ever had! Anna is extremely skilled in what she does and I left the salon feeling like a new woman! I would highly recommend to anyone who requires a very firm massage (with the option to reduce the pressure) & I’ll be back to try all of the other treatments they offer, as well as another sports massage for sure!!

By far the most relaxing and amazing massage I have ever had. I have not experienced a message like this anywhere else before. It is therapy for the body. The staff are so experienced and made me feel comfortable and welcome. They knew what my body needed even when I didn’t. I always leave feeling lighter, emotionally and physically.
