When I say that I would visit everyday if I could, I am not exaggerating. Both Amy and Michelle are amazing at what they do, and I say that having visited for years, having facials and massages. I found the therapy centre when I was struggling with adult acne and they sorted me right out, without ever making me feel uncomfortable or judged. I had a stress relief massage with Michelle today and it was exactly what I needed. Michelle is always professional and puts me at ease. She always takes the time to have a chat and figure out what will best meet my needs that particular day. Today I needed to switch off, and that’s exactly what I got. I was so relaxed I fell asleep. Amazing as always. I really can’t rate Michelle highly enough.

Really look forward to my monthly visit, Michelle is incredibly knowledgeable and really cares about her work. The deep tissue massage is brilliant, very firm and tailored to your needs to work out the knots in a relaxing ambiance. Would highly recommend and would go weekly if I could!

Amy was pleasant and she talked me through the massage process which is crucial. I thoroughly enjoyed every bit of the massage. The environment was clean and serene as well.

I’ve had 3 sessions for sciatica now and these guys can do what medication can’t! Due to my job I can’t take the painkillers the drs offered so had to find alternative treatment. These guys are very knowledgeable and not only treat the root cause but also give you the tools to maintain recovery (even if it means you don’t need to come back for more treatment!) very honest and good value for money. My treatment was painful but it was worth it my pain has reduced to almost nothing so I intend to keep going along side the stretching techniques taught to me. I finished one stretching session with a relaxing neck head and shoulder massage and it was bliss I could have floated out of there! Once my back is fixed I might treat myself to a relaxing massage! I can highly recommend if you have sciatic pain- modern medicine isn’t always the answer!!! Thanks to all the staff!

Amazing experience, the staff really know what they are doing. My husband treated me for my birthday and he chose really well. Lady helped me with my trapped nerve and i feel sooo much better. Would highly recommend.

Amazing... she is absolutely unbelievable. A well known local physio hasnt been able to touch my problems stemming from office work, yet this lady absolutely blew it out of the water. Shes gifted.

I had the most amazing sports massage here after trying for years to find someone who could help fix my legs and back. I’ve always struggled to find someone who applies enough pressure and who uses the right techniques to really make a difference. But I can honestly say this was the best sports massage I have ever had! Anna is extremely skilled in what she does and I left the salon feeling like a new woman! I would highly recommend to anyone who requires a very firm massage (with the option to reduce the pressure) & I’ll be back to try all of the other treatments they offer, as well as another sports massage for sure!!

It has been 4 months since my last review and I must say that the quality of the service and treatment remains exceptional. Anna is a masseur that understands both the body and mind and I find that the treatment lasts longer that she does, than others that I have tried in the past. Keep up the good work and thank you.

By far the most relaxing and amazing massage I have ever had. I have not experienced a message like this anywhere else before. It is therapy for the body. The staff are so experienced and made me feel comfortable and welcome. They knew what my body needed even when I didn’t. I always leave feeling lighter, emotionally and physically.
