You are warmly greeted and offered a drink and then shown to the treatment room. The room is very plush, clean and relaxing. I was first asked if there is any areas of which I'm specifically experiencing pain or discomfort so then my time could be tailored to suit. A relaxing massage is also available. I had opted for 1 hour back and shoulder massage. The actual massage itself was great and really concentrated on the specific required areas. The therapist has a unique and confident technique, of which I've never experienced before. I highly recommend it.

I found this on Facebook and I was sceptical at first as I usually go to local shops but Chanthamas was very friendly and she offered me some water as I got ready. She asked where I would her to focused on and I said my back as I have trouble sleeping and she got straight to the point and found my notch on my shoulders and back. She gave me a mixture of deep tissue massage and soft relaxing too. Compliment to her for starting her own business. That afternoon I went home and I was sore but I slept like a baby.
