Excellent experience here. I saw Tong and tried the 90 min deep tissue which was good, but a few days later had a 90 min traditional Thai massage which was exceptional, best that I can recall, and certainly in the UK. Very personalised, bespoke approach from experienced knowledgeable and kind practitioner. I wish I could have a treatment here every week!

The staff at Elements take due care relative to all those small injuries and areas of muscle and ligament/ tendon issues. They are very professional, polite and hard working.

Therapeutic and relaxing. A Thai massage is stronger than a traditional massage, but is really good for tight muscles.

Today me and my partner rang up to see if we could be fitted in, each for a 90 minute massage. The owner made every effort to squeeze us in and we both went for our first time. I have to say we both agree it has been a great massage, we both require diffrent types of techniques due to health ex, but this was cater for and we were both made to feel very welcome, comfortable and after having many massage over the years all over the world todays was just what we needed. I would highly recommend, very professional genuine and hard working, prices very good, will definitely be returning

Great massage. Professional staff Gail is very knowledgeable about your body. One of the best Thai massages I have had. Found some knotted muscles in my shoulders and legs and applied as much pressure as I could handle to relax them..felt great afterwards and look forward to a repeat massage soon.

Very nice deep tissue massage, highly recommended, fitted me in at short notice, will definitely use again.

Been here multiple times now with the most recent being earlier this week. I am Always made to feel very welcome. I’ve had various massages and all are fantastic, the relaxing massage is a personal favourite but if you are suffering from any pain then the deep tissue is a treat. Always leave feeling fantastic and am already looking forward to the next.

Fabulous massage and somehow even lovelier staff. Returned the following week and will probably go again next week for my regular massage. Massage was well suited to me and my body both times. Would definitely recommend, I have already to friends! Thank you.

Just visited for the first time and had rhe most amazing massage. Feel like a new man after leaving there and safe to say I will be back.
