Absolutely outstanding service today by all the team but especially Hardeep. He listened to what we were looking for and what we wanted. We used the Sleep match bed to analyse our sleeping positions etc and find the perfect mattress to suit us as a couple. I went in with the opinion of wanting a purely foam mattress and ended up buying one with no foam but it was soooo comfortable. Hardeep didn’t push sales but instead was informative about the different options available and pros and cons. He gave us time and space to try out the mattresses and make an informed decision. I have never came away from a store happier with the service received.

Hardeep was very helpful and clear, he offered us drinks, took us to the Dreams bed fitting experience which suggested different mattresses for us to try, he assisted and let us take our time in choosing the right one. We would highly recommend buying from this store.
