I have dealt with Mackenzie Jones on a few occasions now and have always been very happy with the service. In the main I have dealt with Kate Gardner, she is always extremely helpful, makes time to discuss progress with me and when there is a problem (as quite often is the case) she is always pro-active in dealing with the issue. On the rare occasion Kate hasn't been available all of her colleagues have been professional and helpful too. I have recommended to friends and family who have been equally impressed.

Fantastic service and communication from beginning to end. Although our property sale and purchase didn't work out I could not have asked for a better conveyancing process.
