I have dealt with Mackenzie Jones on a few occasions now and have always been very happy with the service. In the main I have dealt with Kate Gardner, she is always extremely helpful, makes time to discuss progress with me and when there is a problem (as quite often is the case) she is always pro-active in dealing with the issue. On the rare occasion Kate hasn't been available all of her colleagues have been professional and helpful too. I have recommended to friends and family who have been equally impressed.

Fantastic service and communication from beginning to end. Although our property sale and purchase didn't work out I could not have asked for a better conveyancing process. We highly recommend Tanya, Davina and Emily for their excellent communication and prompt service. We will definitely use them again in the future.

We instructed PSR to be our conveyancers for both buying and selling. Tanya's team is capable, professional, and efficient; Daniel in particular was exemplary in getting us over the line during her absence. The reception staff are personable and helpful, with Emily being a calming voice of reason at stressful moments. The "no move, no fee" policy is comforting, while the Hoowla progress tracker is intuitive and useful.
