I decided to use Oliver & Co for conveyancing on my first house purchase after an initial call with Leanne immediately made me feel comfortable and like they were the right choice. As a first time buyer, I knew little of the process and was a bit overwhelmed at the prospect but Chris, James and team have been brilliant throughout. Professional, helpful, thorough and timely. I couldn't recommend them more highly and would definitely use them for any future home purchases.

We decided to use Oliver and Co for the conveyancing of our house purchase and we are so glad that we did. As first time buyers we were slightly overwhelmed at the beginning of our journey but Alistair and James were extremely helpful, doing their utmost to help us along the way. We can't recommend Russell and Russell highly enough. We were first time buyers without a clue and on some very short timescales set by the vendor. The Russell and Russell team worked tirelessly and effectively in order to ensure we met the deadlines whilst maintaining attention to detail. Always willing to talk to on the phone and responded very promptly to e-mails. Thank you your wonderful service, you made the house buying process a lot less stressful then it could have been.

Second time I have utilized Russell and Russell. This time was intended for a deal and buy through the current pandemic. Assuming you need to manage specialists who are responsive, proficient, consistently accessible and make the excruciating UK house purchasing measure however simple as conceivable they seem to be your most ideal decision. Every one of my cooperations with Louise and her group have left me an exceptionally fulfilled customer. I can't suggest them enough and will consistently utilize them later on (albeit no more house moves for some time !)
