Had issues with app, unable to link it to my account. Had great support from Steve and the telephone support team and issue resolved. All due to a legacy email being different to the one I used setting up new broadband account and system defaulting to old one. What fun! As I say great support and a promising start with new provider.

Visited the store to discuss internet as our current provider wasnt working out for us, all the staff was lovely, Dean assisted us with chosing a new internet plan and even went above and beyond helping us change our services and avoiding a cancellation fee. Thank you Dean for 5 star service!

Went in a bit of a panic because my phone broke just before my flight to India, Ranim went over and above to help me get a new phone, set it up, talk me through using EE abroad. Fantastic customer service.

Service is outstanding. I lost my mobile and Grace was simply awesome she efficiently cancelled the sim and gave me a new one. I had to purchase a new mobile. Again Grace was incredibly well informed. She advised me about an upgrade, new deals I might be interested in and showed me a good range of handsets. At no time was I pressured to buy any model or select a new tariff. Grace has brilliant customer service skills. She even advised I may return the phone if my old one turn up, which it did. The next day, she happily processed the refund; no drama! Amazing service! Grace is awesome!

I just wanted to say a massive thankyou to the owner/manager/staff at this lovely shop for saving my phone today. I left it outside their shop and when they saw me frantically looking for it, they waved me down and kindly brought it out to me. I honestly cannot thank the shop enough.
