Natalie, the young lady who helped me went, beyond the call of duty and helped a gormless Canadian “old bat” such as myself, who had been mugged in Soho and had her iPhone pinched. I couldn’t have asked better customer service. Thank you Natalie. I hope O2 gives give a well-deserved raise in pay ???? You made a stressful time just that little bit easier.

I visited the o2 store over the weekend as I needed to connect my galaxy watch 6 to my phone... and from what I read online, it can be arduous task! Scott was incredibly professional, friendly and knowledgeable... I can't recommend Scott enough, his customer service is unparalleled!

Shak is the man, quick with the information / reasurance I needed. So quick I didn't have to pay for parking!

Today's experience in store was excellent, needed a device for medical reasons and Kieran was brilliant. Took the time to set the phone up, made sure it was compatible with the medical device and his customer service was fabulous well done.

Fantastic service by Elliot spent time helping me transferring all data n set up my iPhone. As a pensioner it’s good to have young people who are so helpful with older people who are not technologically savvy. Well done Elliot

I went in yesterday as my phone was due an upgrade and Terry, the assistant manager was absolutely amazing, he got me a really good deal on a new phone and also sorted out trading in my old phone. He was very informative, knew what he was talking about and overall was absolutely lovely. He also set the phone up for me in store, and put the protective screen on it for me. 10/10.

Outstanding service from Cam yesterday. all the staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. great communication skills too. we were exposed to a range of offers, information and phone deals etc and found the perfect phones for us - definitely recommend you come here.

Huge thanks to Keelin and Ali for helping us do our sims as well as home internet. Tom was also very kind as he let me charge my iPhone Would definitely recommend, they were very kind and helpful
