Buying shoes is always quite a strenuous task, especially if you don't know what you're looking for. My opinion has now changed however, after a visit to Schuh in Peterborough where I was served by Nesta who was brilliant and on hand to help. I didn't know my size in this specific brand and she was extremely patient despite this. Nesta is a real ambassador to the Schuh brand and will go very far. Customer service is not dead!

Prices are about same as most others. Staff in this store are exceptional. Great service, attentitive, nothing too much trouble. This is how a retail experience should be, and how I remember how shoes used to be bought.

I had an on line order to collect. Swift service, easy collection. I have purchased inshore previously, staff are helpful and efficient, good selection of footwear, nit always the norm, makes this store interesting.

Charlotte was very helpful today. She got the different shoes for me to try on. I saw my favourite ones and cancelled getting the other pairs and Charlotte was efficient and helpful. Thank you. I was concerned that there was no guarantee. I know customers have abused Clark’s in the past but I still think there should be some guarantee on the shoes.

We bought our daughters' first shoes from Clarks. We found their staff were very helpful, patient, and attentive.
Excellent service from the staff,though size not in stock it was no problem in ordering and arrived within 3 days, many thanks.

The staff were extremely pleasant friendly and helpful .the store was clean and the displays were neatly set out a nice experience.

I’ve made multiple purchases with Mod Shoes and the quality of products and customer service is always excellent. The shoe size guide and tights sizing are accurate. My Dusty shoes have lasted over 3 years and still look amazing. These are some of the comfiest heels I’ve owned. They are regularly launching new products and the designs are so uniquely retro!

I had a few items and never been disappointed. Superb quality and attention to detail that makes the footwear and clothing have a great feel and that perfect vintage clean cut look. Size guide on the website is dead on. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend mod shoes to anyone.
