Cannot recommend these guys enough! Jess was amazing at getting us sorted, answered all of our questions & kept us up to date with everything. We had a few hold ups with our property purchase due to the seller but Jess & Darren were quick to act upon it all & even chased things up for us! They go above & beyond for their clients!

Our experience with the Mortgage Shop has been absolutely brilliant! We were a bit worried about whether we would be able to secure finance as our situation was not straight forward in that we are retired and were looking to finance a second property. Rob was fantastic. He found us a suitable lender and guided us through the whole process, ultimately resulting in a mortgage offer. He was there every step of the way and always answered my texts and emails. We cannot thank Rob and the Mortgage Shop enough and would not hesitate to recommend them. He's a very friendly bloke and you can tell he has your best interests at heart. It shows how proud he is of his family run business by the pride he takes in his work. Literally second to none experience and I'm extremely grateful we chose Rob at The Mortgage Shop.

I went into the mortgage shop and spoke with Robert Norris about being a first time buyer and I told him where I wanted to live and what mortgages they could offer me. Robert was more than helpful throughout the whole process helping me understand rates and showed me the best mortgages tailored to me. Rob got me the best mortgage I could have got and I wouldn’t have been able to of done it without him. Once I completed the mortgage side of it all he helped me set up life insurance and building insurance. Robert has gone above and beyond with helping me with any questions I’ve had.
