Highly recommend Mark at The Mortgage Family, a very complex case for Mark to work on and he worked all hours to get the Mortgage approved for us, many stumbling blocks along the way but Mark found a solution for every problem we had. The Mark was the second broker we approached, and managed to get us a significantly higher mortgage using the same income figures that the previous broker had also used. Credit to Mark he said from day 1 that he would be able to get us more than we was offered with the previous broker and he was true to his word. Thanks again Mark.

Me and my partner have used Mortgage Advice People for the purchase of our new home and also life cover advise. Kim has been excellent, responsive when she has information and also when she doesn't have information. Sometimes in these stressful situations (purchasing a home etc) you feel the need to mither someone, and she always gave something rather than nothing! For me personally, this is something that put me at ease throughout this whole process, instead of wondering 'have they missed my email?' - 'are they on holiday?' - 'should I give them a call?'. Kim has been great all round and if ever needed, I would definitely be looking to use again!

If you're a first time buyer and are feeling overwhelmed with the idea of sorting out a mortgage and buying a home, I couldn't recommend Mortgage Advice People enough. Kim was brilliant from beginning to end, from sorting out a decision in principle and getting the best quotes, to recommending a reputable solicitor's and providing advice throughout. No question was too much - Kim & James were always on hand to answer my queries. I was surprised at the value for all of the work involved. For a modest fee you can get expert advice and remove the stress and headache of arranging your first mortgage.
