Lucy worked miracles for us on two complicated mortgages and was always helpful and understanding during challenging moments. A real personal service that I wouldn’t hesitate to fully recommend and will be doing so! She had the patience of a saint and whilst at times we felt like we would never “close the deal” her professional and knowledgeable approach to our mortgages was instrumental in getting us the house we had, before last week, only dare dream to own.
