TWIZZLE TOPS DAY NURSERY REVIEWS

We were very anxious about using a day nursery, but we needed to. Twizzletops were very receptive to us and really supported us during the settling which was extended as needed. My son therefore actually settled on the longer days so easily. The support for this was one of the reasons we chose here, there wasn't a set settling time that different children with different needs may not conform to. It reassured us about how supportive and understanding the nursery is overall. We loved the spacious rooms, amazing resources and mix of age groups, especially for our son who doesn't have siblings. We do receive lovely updates about what he is achieving based on topic themes and that's lovely to read. Our son is very happy attending and always has a lovely day. Communication is always very good. We appreciate all the care you and the team give to our son, it is greatly appreciated. He loves attending Twizzletops and is getting great new experiences with you. Thank you!

My daughter recently joined Twizzle Tops in January after attending another setting. The whole team have made her feel at home, we had as many settling in sessions as we felt she needed, it took a while for her to settle but all the staff went above and beyond to put my mind at rest and get my daughter settled in. She loves attending nursery and going out on adventures. We are always informed at pick up what they have been up to and how she’s been. She always comes out smiling and talking about her day. Nothing is ever too much, would highly recommend it.

My son has attended Twizzle Tops for 1 year with 1-1 support as he has Autism. In the beginning, he was very weary and reluctant to be away from me for long and not confident in busy places. Over his time there and with new strategies, he has built up brilliant relationships with staff, increased his session times and recently happily got taken along on outside walks which he previously wouldn't do. He really enjoys the nursery and gets excited to go.

BRIGHT HORIZONS BASILDON DAY NURSERY AND PRESCHOOL REVIEWS

The staff in Bright Horizons Basildon Day Nursery and Preschool created a very friendly and stimulating environment for little ones to grow and develop. My daughter joined this preschool one year ago as a shy little girl worried about social interactions. Today is her last day and she is walking out as a confident person who created beautiful friendships and memories. I truly believe this preschool gave her wings and now she is ready to fly. I can't thank them enough for that.

When I moved to the area most of my anxiety surrounded on finding a nursery that my son could smoothly settle in from his last nursery. From the moment I walked in and was given a tour, I was put very much at ease and was so happy with the facility and the provisions given. This nursery is a safe space for my son and he loves coming here so much. It's like his extended family. He looks forward to seeing his teachers and his friends and I am so happy with his development in the setting. He has really learnt so much and developed so well. As a working mum in the city, I can really appreciate them being the extra hands I need during his day. My son will soon be off to preschool which will be a major change but I appreciate all the plans the nursery has put in place to make it a smooth transition. My youngest son is set to join the nursery later this year and I feel so lucky and at peace to have gotten a space as this is one of the best nurseries in the area.

My daughter has been at this nursery for almost 16 months, and she absolutely loves it. All the staff are so friendly and welcoming. My daughter started in the baby room and has been through the toddler room into the nursery room. She has been so well supported in each room, and through the transitions, and she's come on so much in terms of her development and speech. Each day my daughter has such a busy day doing loads of fun and creative activities, and it's lovely to receive photo updates through the app. Thank you to all the staff at Basildon Bright Horizons.

LITTLE TEDDIES NURSERY REVIEWS

We absolutely loved Little Teddies Nursery! The staff were all so friendly and willing to help. The management was very easy to talk to about any situation, and always took the time to listen and help in anyway they could. They were very comforting to my son when he first started as he was very shy and nervous. He started when he was 2 and left when he was 4, they prepared him so well for big school where he is now thriving! Sending him to Little Teddies was the best decision I highly recommend their Nurseries!

My little girl started at Little Teddies Nursery in September 2022. She was very shy and didn’t want to leave me, because of the staff at Little Teddies she is now more confident and walks straight into school and loves going! The staff at Little Teddies are so patient and very caring.

This nursery is outstanding! The staff are dedicated and facilitate the best possible education for the children. My child loves coming to nursery and has brilliant relationships with the staff and is well looked after! Highly recommend.

My daughter has been attending this nursery since she was 5 months old, she is now 3. The staff are very welcoming and helped my little girl settle and turn into a well spoken little girl and has learnt so much along the way. I can't thank this nursery enough for the support they have provided for me and my baby. They review there care plans on a daily basis to ensure each child's individual needs are met. They always welcome parents to most events such as Halloween disco and Christmas which is lovely to see my baby with her little friends.
