TOPS DAY NURSERIES REVIEWS

Our foster child started at the nursery in June of 2022, and has enjoyed a fantastic year of development, love and attention from the nursery team. The first months of nursery were not easy and not without problems, but together we worked through these in a professional and supportive manner. Our foster child has developed beyond recognition and is now a different child from when she started, which is amazing given her difficult start in life and complex needs. The nursery staff have been instrumental in this development, with there consistent kindness, patience and professionalism. A special thanks must go to our foster child's key workers who have been instrumental in her development. Another special thanks must go to the two managers for supporting the range of meetings and training required to support our foster child.

We have been so happy with the care that Tops Babbacombe have given to our daughter. Since starting at the age of 9 months old, the staff have gone above and beyond to ensure that she is safe, happy and developing well. The activities which she engages with are matched well to her interests and abilities and I feel happy leaving her at the setting knowing that she will be well looked after. My daughter dotes on all of the staff and looks forward to attending every session.

My daughter looks forward to going to nursery every day, which is a testament to how wonderful the team are. I really appreciate how parents get sent observations on the app which makes you feel connected and involved in her development. Overall, I'm very happy with the level of communication, care and engagement the team at Tops provides, thank you.

My little boy was here from being 11 months until school leaving age. We couldn’t have asked for a better nursery for him. The staff go above and beyond and know the children so well, they are amazing. My son made so much progress and was always so happy. He was really sad to leave for school but Peekaboo have prepared him well! They also provide an amazing curriculum and so many lovely outings and experiences. We shall really miss Peekaboo, it’s like one big family. Would recommend to anybody.

Peekaboo have been amazing for my two children, the staff are so friendly & accommodating and always go the extra mile to support the children & parents. I can't fault any of their processes from the safety rules to the way they monitor each child's progress and keep in touch with us. My children have grown so much in confidence, learnt so many different skills and are generally happy to go in every day! I'm really grateful I found Peekaboo.

This nursery has been outstanding. My son has been attending since a baby and he's done so well here. He has great relationships with the staff and has made some brilliant friends. He absolutely loves going to nursery and we will be so sad when he finishes for school. Would highly recommend.

I always feel super comfortable leaving my son with the girls in pebbles. They are very good with him and understand what he needs. Staff have been amazing with him since starting in pebbles and the communication at handovers is always brilliant. He always has a good day and comes out very happy every week.

I'm so happy I chose Kiddi Caru for both of my girls. Each and everyone who works at Kiddi Caru has been truly amazing. My girls have enjoyed being part of the Kiddi Caru family and I would without a doubt recommend them.

My son absolutely loves going to nursery here. Staff are very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Great activities for the children and the variation of food on the menu is great! Highly recommend!.
