I had an emergency eye problem last Saturday. I dropped in to the store and was triaged immediately. I was well taken care of by the whole team and Dr. David Russ. I was advised to call back anytime if my eyes didn't improve and was given a follow-up just to check if the intervention has worked well on my eyes. Thank you very much! I have been visiting this store since I got here and they never fail to provide quality care and great service.

I had an eye test on Sunday which I booked by phone , I hadn't expected to be seen so quickly as I only get Sundays off work. Despite the place being very busy I was seen at my appointed time. The tests on my eyes were explained at each stage and I felt quite relaxed The staff members who dealt with me were great, very professional and all the equipment used was clean and modern. I highly recommend.

Always a fantastic service at this branch no matter what the family and I are going in for. We miss the likes of Geo from the old location, but Rebecca is still there and she's magnificent! Staff are usually welcoming and helpful and I wouldn't want to go to any other optician due to how high Specsavers Basildon has set the bar! Specsavers all the way!

I was referred to Belson opticians by Southend Hospital Eye Unit after contacting them about very sore red eyes. I was thoroughly examined by the optician in a very professional manner and referred back to the eye unit as my condition appears to be a drug rash from glaucoma eye drops they have prescribed. I was very happy with the service supplied by Belson

Very pleasant experience, the staff are always friendly. As expected a comprehensive eye check conducted with a nice conversation as we went through the process. It's a pleasure to go there, as they do provide a personal service compared to the high street alternatives.
