Due to one of my contact lenses popping out and me stupidly forgetting to pack an extra pair, I was in desperate need of some replacements. Meg and Mel in the contact lense department could not have been more helpful and sent me away with some spare lenses. Thank you so much.

Loving my new specs. Always get good service from both the contact lens and glasses departments. Been using Specsavers for years with no problems.

Such a relaxed friendly experience from start to finish, everything done during my eye test was explained and the help choosing my frames was not rushed time was taken to find the right frames within my budget. I would highly recommend D&D McWilliams for both adults and children.
