A very positive experience at the Specsaver store in Chelmsford. From being welcomed at reception, to pre sight tests and then meeting my very experienced optician and discussing my vision in depth. I was shown photos on screen about my eyes and she addressed my dry eye concern and gave advice. After the test I was taken to reception and shown frames by a particular designer i liked and was shown all the frames in V Westwood range. Now to decide which ones or maybe go for for the '2 for 1' offer as so much choice Five star service.

Today was our best visit to Specsavers. The staff are very professional and polite. Getting them to open up they are very friendly. Extremely helpful and make sure you feel at ease. I can only repeat what I've written previously

I've been attending Specsavers for more than 20 years and they've always been helpful and friendly, the opticians, the contact lens department and the audiology team. They've always been very responsive and quick to explain everything. I'm a happy customer!

Upon my arrival I was greeted by Peter, he was well presented, professional, friendly and jovial, a great start. I was a little early but the waiting area was fine and it wasn't long before Sital came and ran me through a thorough eye examination. She was attentive to the information that I provided about myself and explained every detail of the eye tests and her findings based on the outcomes of the tests, she was also able to give answers to questions that I had about my eyes and their condition. My eyesight had changed, so a new pair of glasses were the order of the day. Back to Peter and a chance to wade through the vast array of frames and lenses on offer. With Peter's assistant we discussed styles, facial type, fitment and usage and after trying on many different frames, we hit the jackpot, a great look and the perfect fit. Then Peter went through the lens options and again we talked it through. I use my glasses for reading, driving and general day to day activities, so the lenses were selected with that in mind. Peter then got the very professional and capable Julie to double check the measurements for the lenses and I happily purchased my new glasses. Overall I would highly recommend any of the staff members that I interacted with and the experience as a whole. Great job.

I dealt with several members of staff who were supportive, kind, thorough, and professional. Thank you Antony, Sital and Rory. And I had fun! New picture of the whole of my eye which would have been better if I am not such a blinker.

I had Julie help me who was amazing. I felt my new glasses weren’t right and she understood that they needed changing and adjusting due to how they were initially fit. She was so understanding particularly as I didn’t have a very good experience when I phoned the store to let them know this. When I went back to collect the change she took her time to make sure they were right and was super helpful during this process.
