I contacted Rob a few weeks ago to see if he could help my teenage daughter who had developed worsening pain in her neck and back following a sports related fall. Rob has made her feel at ease with his professional, friendly manner and we have seen a huge improvement with both her pain and posture in just 3 sessions. Even after her first appointment she was moving much more easily. Rob took great care to understand the exact nature of her fall, pinpointed the areas of concern and began her treatment pathway immediately. I would not hesitate in recommending Rob to anyone searching for highly knowledgeable, effective and professional treatment.

Chris and team are professional, knowledgeable, kind and positive. I visited recently for a shoulder problem and after a couple of treatments and doing the exercises it's much better. Osteopathy has changed, no more the crunching a cracking of your joints, it's gentle rhythmic massage with some deep manipulations, not painful. I recommend this type of therapy. Can’t believe it’s taking me so long to write this !!! I’ve been a patient of Chris for the best part of 15 years !! On my running journey I’ve had many an injury !! Various from IT band to lower back to hamstrings all the main ones that runners get !! And I’ve gone to Chris as my no one Guru with unquestionable knowledge and experience and of course his magic hands !! Not only does he fix your complaint but he also wants to help you to help yourself to prevent it happening again !! A proper honest gentleman! Sorry if this was too long but it really is from heart !! His team at Forte Physical Health Osteopathy Clinic have always been helpful and courteous.
