The Vision Express team were brilliant! It was my girls first time at an opticians and they were made to feel so at ease. They asked loads of questions which the team answered happily. Such a lovely experience for something that could seem quite overwhelming

I visited the Harrogate branch today as I had a blood spot in my eye. The young lady that completed the triage form and the optician were lovely. Both very helpful and kind. Would highly recommend.

I was suffering from anxiety on the day I went to Harrogate Specsavers. Started crying when one of the ladies was assisting me because I had a puffy cheek and a red eye! She was super kind with me and tried to reassure me somewhat. Then I did the same with another lady upstairs! Again she was lovely and patient with me, as was the optomologist. I think i was just having a bad day! The young people who work there are so kind and also very well mannered. The girls are very beautiful, and well presented. Everyone is. Which is what you want to see when entering an eye care establishment. Their parents should be proud. Also I find their prices very reasonable. All in all, I'm a happy (longsighted) bunny. Thanks!

My beautiful son has got some new glasses from here. Look how happy he is with them! I love him so much. Would come again. Thank you for making my son explode with happiness. Love specsavers.

Specsavers could not have been better. They reacted immediately and with calm confidence, they checked everything and referred me to the eye clinic where they also responded immediately and efficiently.

BOOTS OPTICIANS REVIEWS

Went to Boots Harrogate for a full eye test, prescription check for glasses and contact lenses, and to look at some new frames. The service was excellent - Lee the Assistant Manager is a friendly, welcoming guy. Neekita the ophthalmologist was very thorough, talking through all the test results, explaining "floaters" etc. very clearly - all very reassuring. I have the contact lens subscription plan and Lee explained new prescription glasses are half price for me which I wasn't aware of and which will probably save me around £200. All in all, very happy, and no, I don't work for Boots! Haha! Just think people should get recognition when they deserve it.

Neelata, the optician who dealt with me was very thorough, professional and friendly. She talked me through everything throughout my eye test and thoroughly explained the OCT results. I felt assured by what she told me.

Just great. Customer service as it should be. Smart, charming capable people, doing a very professional job. Felt looked after, and in the right hands. Thanks to all the team.
