Fantastic service by Specsavers and the whole team. Great range of glasses, for working and holiday. Would definitely recommend as every person was willing to help. As you walked through the door, you are greeted by a member of the team who is focused on you and your eye care. The receptionist ensures that you know where you need to go and escort you to the team upstairs. It is definitely bespoke.

Lorraine is an absolute credit to the Worcester store! We went to collect my son's glasses and he also was waiting for contact lenses to arrive for a trial and I mentioned this to Lorraine and she was chatting to my son about the process of putting them in and she gave him some lenses with some solution to take home to get used to the feel of them. She was so patient and made us feel comfortable with this new experience for me and my son of contact lenses. I requested Lorraine when we went in for our appointment for my son to put them in and out. Honestly this lady is so good at her job and I would recommend her to everyone. Thanks for making my son feel so confident at getting used to contact lenses.

Fantastic service from the lovely staff helping my daughter learn how to use contact lenses. She was anxious before the appointment and was about to give up after trying a few times. Lorraine was patient talking through every step of the process, really positive and encouraging ensuring she fully understood and was able to put her contacts in and take them out safely. I have a very happy daughter that is over the moon and that would not be possible if it had not been for Lorraine. Thank you to all the team that supported her today.

Friendly and efficient staff, nothing is too much trouble. Impressive new technology for eye-testing, but always underpinned by a personal service and expert opinion. Huge range of frames to choose from and patient staff while I tried nearly all of them!
