I've been seeing Melissa at Spritely Osteopathy for a number of years now and I can't recommend her highly enough. She is incredibly knowledgeable and has seen me through a range of running niggles and managed to get me up and about again as quickly as possible. She has also armed me with a range of stretches to avoid recurrence of certain injuries (my ITB issue has never reappeared) and I've recommended her to a number of friends who have also all become regular clients. A great, knowledgeable.

“I started seeing Steve for neck problems, mainly from stress and working at a computer all day! Steve has made such a difference through the treatments. My neck feels so much better and that impacts on my whole body and how I feel. Steve also suggests exercises and tips I can try to prevent me getting so tight and tense! I would recommend Steve to anyone looking for a friendly and professional osteopath”
