I’ve had several sessions of acupuncture with Adam, which have been excellent. The treatment helped enormously with muscle spasm pain, following major spinal surgery. Adam is a very understanding and caring therapist, who shows an enormous amount of care. I found him to be excellent both with the physical treatment but also the emotional understanding and empathy towards my situation.

I have been having acupuncture treatment for complex symptoms for a number of months now with Bella and I cannot recommend her professional, dedicated service enough. Bella puts you at ease, explains everything to you and administers treatment with care and compassion focusing holistically on the whole person. Fully recommend. It has done wonders for my inner psyche!

Adam has totally turned around my PCOS symptoms. At the first appointment, I was on day 48 of my cycle and my period started a few hours after seeing Adam.My previous cycle had been 58 days so I hadn't expected anything for a while. Since then, it has been regulated and is down to a 30-day cycle, which is incredible given how stretched out they had been prior to seeing him.

I was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease about 2 years ago and was put on tablets to help relieve the cramping pains I had in my stomach. The tablets stopped the cramping pains, but I still had a dull ache in my stomach, having tried acupuncture before I decided to visit Dr Wu to see if he could help. After a detailed consultation we decided to try Fu’s needling to help my condition. After just the first treatment my stomach felt a lot more relaxed so I booked in for a further 5 treatments which resulted in me gaining weight and less frequent visits to the toilet. I have no relapse since the June 2020.

I was diagnosed as trapped nerve by my doctor. I experienced extreme pain in my shoulder with it shooting down my arm to my hand. I couldn’t sleep or make myself comfortable. I visited Dr Wu several times with the symptoms improving with each visit. Together with the exercises that Dr Wu recommended, I am now totally pain free. I am very grateful and pleased to recommend Dr Wu to others.”

Valentina is highly professional and skilled, very empathetic and attentive to the patient’s needs. The way she handles the needles is fantastic, and having an acupuncture session with her is totally relaxing. I can’t see her often, because I live in two countries and have another acupuncturist abroad, but any time I come over, I contact Valentina first thing to find relief to a number of conditions. I would strongly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a serious healthcare practitioner with vast knowledge competence and experience.

Valentina has treated me on a couple of occasions for serious neck pain. She was able to identify the problem area in my back that resulted in the referred pain and in just one visit made a huge difference. I like that she uses a range of treatments and is clearly very skilled in acupuncture and massage. She is sympathetic, listens carefully and is very skilled. The pain relief felt like magic! I would highly recommend Valentina for the treatment of pain.
