“Jesus Green is a public park known for its excellent recreational activities and sports facilities. The park is an open grassland area divided by avenues of London Plane and horse chestnut trees. The park is home to the Jesus Green Lido, the city’s only public grass tennis courts, a children’s play area, a skate park, and free table tennis. There is also a barbecue area with stone grills for portable barbecues, public restrooms, and a refreshments kiosk. The kiosk remains open all year round. Jesus Green provides a railway-themed play area for kids of all ages. On summer Sunday afternoons, there are often band concerts.

Beautiful park kept clean and looked after lots of open space and surroundings River Cam is stunning with lots of barges along and bridges visited Cambridge today and had a walk around here and also Midsummer Common there the weather was sun and clouds which is nice for end of October and temperature of 14C it's nice to get out in the fresh air.

Very nice park. Very big and spacious. You can also do grill. Play lot of sports. Nice place to relax. Also you can do fishing and relax by the river cam. The city centre is also very close from here. Very nice place to take your dog for a walk. Lot of people usually do picnics here. The greenery around is good. The walking trail surrounds the entire park as well.

This is a great park for picnics, playing games, hanging out with friends and family. It is a short walk from the city centre. There are lots of other things to do eg tennis, childrens play area. We spent several hours having a family picnic, playing Frisbee and catching with a tennis ball.

MILTON COUNTRY PARK REVIEWS

A nice idyllic park with a few lakes to walk around. Plenty of seating areas dotted around. The Cafe has a good seating area in the shade underneath the shelter of the trees. Cafe has sandwiches, toasties, cakes and ice cream with a range of soft and hot drinks. The Public toilets by the car park are modern clean and spacious. There were also water sport activities on the lake such as canoeing and paddle boarding. Lots of fishery platforms around the lake. There is a large playing field with children climbing apparatus, zip line, swings, slides. There are ample picnic areas with tables and benches to relax and eat. Ducks, swans and moorhens are in the lakes and my nieces and nephews enjoyed feeding them with a little bread.

What a great experience. The place is visually stunning, clearly a wedding favorite as there people milling around looking awesome. I played golf and the facilities were lovely. Lots of parking, friendly pro shop and a really nice course. I played the easier 18 and it was very forgiving. Flattering for the 20+ handicap, but I rather liked that!! Will try the grown up course next time. Lovely place & on a sunny day every angle is a postcard.

Cycled all the way from city centre for the open water swim at 8:30 am in April, unfortunately got lost along the way and when I arrived, the session was about to end. Nevertheless I relish exploring the country park — the trails, ducks, old men walking their dogs — and in general taking in the breathtaking view, watching ripples in the lake. Great place for a day out!

Lovely green area, and good place to sit down and enjoy the large piece of green area there is. Some benches under some shade which is nice, but also plenty of space to run around/have a picnic and so on. There are some table tennis tables around if you own some rackets and a ball, and very near shops if you ever need to run to get something. Worth coming here when good weather lasts!

Really beautiful, central park in Cambridge. I felt such a sense of peace and tranquility walking through here. If the day were a bit nicer I’d have taken a book with me and spent much of the afternoon here.

Mostly clean all round. Located on one side of town near a big mall and plenty of stores and food options. Also next to busses, coaches, taxis etc. Walking distance to the train station as well.
