A reservoir was constructed to the south of the house, attracting a variety of wildlife, while a mature oak forest and a Wildlife Heritage Site. The site also highlights a wide range of sports facilities and a well-equipped children's play area.

Sol Joel park has a total of 18 acres and consists of 3 full-size football pitches, mini soccer pitches, cricket pitch, hard court basketball court and small garden area. They provide a variety of swings for children with limited mobility, wheelchair-height see-saw butterfly, play tables, interactive orbs and music. They offer children a wide range of additional needs, a variety of play experience and equipment. Wheelchair accessible.
