PENTAHOTEL READING REVIEWS

We live in Reading so we booked the Junior suite on the top floor the night before our honeymoon. Wow! Amazing bar, foyer and reception. All the staff were exceptionally professional, kind, friendly and helpful. Very yummy cocktail of the day in the bar. The suite was fantastic. Husband loved the pinball machine in the suite. All the games in the hotel are free. I could have happily spent the entire time in the wonderful huge bath. Now I need to find an excuse to stay there again. Thankyou Pentahotel Reading.

Great hotel in the center of Reading. Room was perfect for myself and young daughter and were clean. Would be nice if they had a mini fridge, particularly for keeping milk & snacks for kids. The main floor was fun, and the front desk service was very friendly. I would definitely stay here if I were to visit Reading again.

Staff are always friendly and welcoming. Some of the rooms can be noisy and the curtains don't close very well (night shift worker). The breakfast is really nice and I like the quirkiness of the hotel. Location is great and plenty of shops nearby. The bar is reasonably priced.

Hotel service was amazing, we had such a great receptionist called Aryan who excelled at his job and continuously provided us with excellent customer service and helped fulfil all our requests!! We even got guest of the day! The bedroom was also great and had charging ports so we didn’t need a plug to charge devices and the bed was very comfortable and felt high quality too. Overall the hotel is beautiful and feels very luxury but what made the experience even more special was Aryan’s friendliness and accommodating to our needs :)

I had an exceptional stay at the Hilton Hotel in Reading three days ago. The staff was truly outstanding, providing top-notch service with a smile. The breakfast served was absolutely amazing, exceeding all expectations. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Comfy beds, clean rooms, lovely reception staff, great swimming pool and sauna facilities. Breakfast options were delicious and plentiful. Plenty of secure underground parking available. Location is in a quiet area outside of Reading city centre.

My stay at Novotel Reading Centre was a delightful experience. The hotel's central location made it convenient for exploring the city. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, providing a relaxing space to unwind. One of the highlights was the breakfast—opting for the room with breakfast was a great decision. The variety of options ensured a satisfying start to each day. The staff was friendly and attentive, adding a personal touch to the stay. Overall, Novotel Reading Centre offered a pleasant stay with its convenient location, comfortable accommodations, and enjoyable dining experience.

Location was great, few minutes walk from train station and hotel located right in the town. Room was clean, Queen bed with sofa bed, cleaner came in and made up the sofa bed for my daughter. The room itself Is large with separate toilet and bathroom with bath and shower cubicle, big 55" t.v with free view and mini fridge. Breakfast was nice with a wide choice from hot food to continental, fruits and yogurts and options for Allergies/vegan etc. If Ever I visited Reading again, this would be the place I'd stay.

I visited this hotel primarily for the pool, and it was a great experience. The pool was clean and warm, with a sauna and provided towels. The lockers had their own automatic locks, which was convenient. In the ladies' changing rooms, there was a wheelchair-accessible toilet with a shower, another shower, and a dressing room. There were also saunas available, though one was under repair during my visit. Overall, a very pleasant experience!
