Bruntwood Park provides sporting and recreational facilities to all residents. The park offers an excellent play space to the Borough of Stockport, and visitors from Bruntwood Park in the North West region offer a range of carefully selected and landscaped equipment, providing valuable resources for adventure and enjoyment. The park has ornamental gardens, wetlands, waterways, mature woodland, ponds and hay meadows. There is a large, well-equipped play area and a separate toddler play area. The fully accessible children's playground takes centre stage. The original Victorian conservatory has been repurposed into a café for visitors wishing to relax in the pleasant surroundings. Visitors with the appropriate protective clothing can enjoy the world-class BMX race track at the park.

2025 Update: The park has an array of play equipment suitable for children of all ages, including swings, slides, and a sandpit, ensuring hours of fun and excitement.
